The price of gas is blamed on the Russia / Ukraine war.
It is however also bolstered by the COP26 commitments.
Gas produces ½ of the CO2 that oil does.
Industrial nations can therefore partially satisfy their commitments by moving from Coal & Oil to Gas.
The UK is blessed with plentiful reserves of Gas.
Gas will forever be at a premium to Oil. Not only do we have enough to manage our own transition away from fossil fuels, we could even export to our European friends.
If Germany has our reserves would they leave them behind?
