Kerry qualified with Hall Morrice in Aberdeen in 2008. Loved the job…hated the commuting.

Kerry’s joined Account Tax in late 2008. Her energy levels were evident from the outset and she was made partner in 2010.

Well remembered in Montrose for her Chip Shop years… She could take all of the orders from the queue and tally the cost without needing the till. Mental arithmetic was a skill that began at school and led her to an HND in Accounting at Dundee College.

She then had some time away from accounting, got married and had her first child. It was in 2004 that she decided to pick up where she left off and study towards professional examinations, whilst working and raising her family, including having her second child. Kerry became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2008 and is now a Fellow.

A rewarding part of her work is being able to pick up jobs and see them done from start to finish. Ensuring that things are right is very satisfying and sharing that with clients is appreciated.

When not in the office Kerry enjoys time with her family, walking her Labradoodle Sam and travelling.
